At Grain Wood Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your solid wood purchase. If your new furniture isn't the perfect fit for your home, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in its original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a carrier pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
